Consultations

We will offer you a professional analysis of your home's marketability and provide suggestions so you can realize the benefits of home staging on your own.

A room-by-room walk through of your home will be performed to address clutter, furniture placement, lighting, colors, and accessories.

• Consultation appointments last approximately one to two hours

Vacant Home Staging

After our initial meeting and viewing of your home, we will bring in the appropriate furniture, lighting, art, and accessories for the style, character, and price point of your home.   We will create "life-style" staging, targeted towards the potential buyer.

• You may choose to stage the entire home or just a few key rooms.
• Prices varies on square footage and price point of the home.

Occupied Home Staging

In addition to full-service vacant stagings, we offer occupied staging assistance. Are you or your clients still living in a home while trying to sell it? If so, you know that it requires creativity, organization and planning. We can help you prepare your home for sale, while maintaining a livable situation for you and your family

Partial Home Staging

If you already own furniture, not only does this help on making the staging process faster, it also helps to keep costs down. From our large inventory of household furniture, we bring some of ours, and bring together some of yours, to create a great result for the home.
